What happened?

The delete tag dropdown doesn't dynamically update if a new tag is created or a tag has been deleted, a full-page refresh is required to see the up-to-date list in the dropdown.

This should show an accurate list when the dropdown is clicked.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
